Area Manager

As the Company Leader for the assigned geographic area, the Area Manager promotes a friendly professional environment in 7 to 15 assigned stores; works with the store management to ensure outstanding customer service is provided while buying, selling and pawn activities are conducted. Leads, directs, plans, develops and implements business operations for the area with full profit and loss responsibility to ensure maximization of profits and adherence to all regulatory and policy compliance programs. Reports to the Regional Director of Operations.
