AREA MANAGER - Responsible for the management and control of company assets of a geographic area; directs, plans, develops and implements the activities of the area with full profit and loss responsibility. Uses independent discretion and judgment regarding all facets of the area's operations. Manages the area's annual operating budget. Sets the direction of work for the area and is responsible for the quality, timeliness, accuracy of work and performance.

STORE MANAGER - Responsible for store operations including profit maximization; loss and damage prevention to Company and customer assets; provides outstanding customer service through sales and lending activities and ensures the same of all associates; approves subordinate associates' sales and lending activities; and complies with industry regulations and Company policies. Maintains a professional and productive work environment. Manages the hiring process, scheduling, supervision and development of store associates.

OPERATIONS MANAGER - Manages store operations in the absence of the Store Manager including store opening and closing procedures, associate training and supervision. Provides outstanding customer service through sales and lending activities while executing the sales process effectively and proficiently. Follows standards for accurately qualifying loans and appraising customer goods for pawn loans and purchase approvals. Prevents loss or damage to Company and customer assets. Maintains a professional and productive work environment.

PAWN BROKER - Competently provides outstanding customer service through sales and lending activities while executing the sales process effectively and proficiently. Follows standards for accurately qualifying loans and appraising customer goods for pawn loans and purchase approvals. Prevents loss or damage to company and customer assets. Maintains a professional and productive work environment.

TRAINEE - Provides outstanding customer service through sales and lending activities. Works under the supervision of store management. Understands and adheres to industry regulations and all Company policies. Prevents loss or damage to Company and customer assets. Maintains a professional and productive work environment.
